How these numbers are compiled

We do not conduct or weight polls. Aggregator figures are the averages each aggregator publishes; we show the plain mean across them. Country figures are a plain average of each pollster's most recent poll from the three weeks before the newest one, so no single firm counts twice. Tables are read from Wikipedia's polling articles (CC BY-SA 4.0), which cite every poll to its pollster; each card links to the table it came from. Issue questions are asked less often than job approval, so those cards carry their own dates. Headlines link to their publishers.

An automated agent rechecks every source about once an hour. If a source cannot be read, the page keeps the last good figures and says so.
